Some clients ask me to virtually stage their properties so prospective buyers can better visualise the room sizes, layout, and how they could make the space their own.

- Let's be honest! it's not for everyone but here are a few before-and-after examples of what I can provide.

Virtual staging can help buyers see the potential of an empty or unfinished space, making it easier for them to imagine how the property could look and feel once furnished.

❗️It’s also important for agencies to clearly disclose in their adds that virtually staged images are for illustration purposes only and that the furniture, décor and other visual elements shown may not be included with the property.

Used correctly and transparently, virtual staging can be a great way to showcase a property’s potential while helping buyers better understand the space.
