The very last wedding I’ll photograph as Merge… and honestly, I couldn’t have written a better ending if I tried.

Two beautiful humans, completely surrounded by love, support, tears, laughter… and a dance floor that did not hold back…. In the words of Chloe’s mum “who invited this crazy family”

Little human ring bearers arriving in an electric car — which honestly, feels like exactly the kind of joyful chaos I want to go out on.

We wandered the streets of Fremantle, soaked up that ocean air at Port Beach, and then watched these two say their vows in a room full of people who adore them.

This day was everything I’ve always loved about weddings.
Connection, emotion, and people showing up wholeheartedly for each other.

What a way to finish 🤍

Wandering through Freo with bursts of emotion, vibrant splashes of colour, and a hint of wild unpredictability (cyclone-style, obvs).

From Lucinda’s mum meticulously crafting the lace for her bouquet to exchanging vows in the same church where her parents tied the knot... this felt like a love story etched in history.

Luci & Alik took everything in stride, never losing sight of what truly mattered on their day.

Kate + Tina 🤍

Two cultures, two families, two very different stories… all meeting in the middle in the most joyful, wholehearted way.

From walking down the aisle with their dads (🥹), to a reception entrance Lion Dance…. Hugs, happy tears, shots and a dancefloor that did not quit… it was equal parts emotional and electric.

Mostly though — just two women, deeply in love, completely themselves, and surrounded by people who couldn’t be happier for them.

What a privilege to be a part of it all. ❤️

After almost 18 years, I’ve made the incredibly hard decision to begin winding down my photography business.

This wasn’t a choice I took lightly — or one I ever imagined making. Photographing weddings has been such a huge part of my life, and it’s been an absolute privilege to witness so many moments of love, connection, joy, and family over the years. There are memories I’ve been trusted with that I’ll treasure forever.

I’ll be photographing my final weddings over the coming months, and I’m so grateful to every couple who has invited me into something so deeply meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my work, recommended me, trusted me, and believed in what I do. This chapter has meant more to me than I can ever properly put into words 🤍

Aaron. Absolutely, completely, head-over-heels besotted with Renae.

I don’t think I’ve ever photographed a groom so present. Soaking up every second, repeatedly declaring it the best day of his life (and meaning it).

Sweltering heat. A suburb-wide power outage. Zero stress. Proof that when the focus is on love, the rest is just background noise.

And wouldn’t you know it, the power came back just in time for speeches and the dance floor (thank you, universe), and a roaming cannoli man appeared because apparently this wedding had decided to win on every level.

Chaos? Maybe.
Vibes? Immaculate.
