A few weeks ago we went to see James Blunt at RAC Arena, Perth. Awesome night, great singer and certainly gets the crowd going.

After seeing all the media hype about the Aurora Australis being forecast for tonight, I decided to head out and see.
Went out behind Capel, Western Australia. There is less light pollution, giving me a better chance of a photograph. Apart from a few cars going past from time to time it was mainly OK.

Nice day out in the spring sunshine with my wife. Perfect for a picnic and listen to the waves crashing on the shore.

Messing around on boats,

My wife and I took a wee trip down the Swan River. From Barrack St Jetty, Perth. To Fremantle Docks and back.

Nice to see the Perth are from a different perspective. Plenty of boating activity, from lots of pleasure crafts to huge containers ships.
