The Reality hit! 😔

From previous post, the carnivorous wedge-tailed eagle (Aquila audax).

The day I took this pic I found the remains of the smaller chick in the nest! Nature favours the healthier larger chick and the carnivorous traits are borne out!
I finally understand, that day, that nature is only about surviving!
