About yesterday. 🌿We had the most I N C R E D I B L E morning here on the Gold Coast as part of my Wellness Collective tour and just LOVED the vibe in the room. (next stop PERTH www.bit.ly/NK_events)
What I loved most; being able to share with the incredible women, the importance of community and help them see that we've disconnected as women. I truly believe, women solve women's issues. You don't have to suffer in silence. Your 'cheer squad' are there for you. So often we go it alone, we've been conditioned by modern living that it's normal to grieve in solitude, we don't talk about fertility struggles, IVF, miscarriage, hormone troubles out loud because we've been taught it's inappropriate. The reality is, we help each other solve our problems and at the core of all health issues lies our emotional Wellbeing.
So here's to shifting that aside. Here's to creating a safe space where women can land, feel supported, share, love and grow. Here's to The Wellness Collective. All of the reasons I created this beautiful membership at your ready.

Special moments captured on Sunday afternoon. We were due to shoot Saturday but the weather was not playing nice. Sunday however, could not have been more perfect.

Sometimes you just have to wait for the storm to pass for the magic to happen.

Sometimes they drive you crazy, but if you are lucky you know they will always be the people that you can come 'home' to.

Hoping you got to hug yours a little this silly season. Loved this little grandparent shoot with the Fazza's!
