The wedding day’s happened and you want to check out everything ASAP. I get it! 🤩

That’s why we work our butts off to get everything back to you within 2 weeks. A lot of our couples sometimes even get it back in a shorter time. It just depends how quickly our shooters transfer everything and how busy the season is.

We also have a few teams of Aussie editors (no offshoring!) working at the same time. Some weddings get back faster than others. About 95% of our couples get their albums back in the time above.

Recently, we’ve had to evacuate our studio and our in-house team has had to relocate. So, if you are waiting for your wedding video, there may have been a delay.

But, over the next week, we are super excited! We’ll be sending out over 50 albums and videos to waiting brides! We’re super super excited and can’t wait to hear how much you loved looking back on your day.
