Hi, I'm Kim and I'm the business, marketing and photography behind Socials on Point!
It's my smiling face you'll see on all your planning sessions and photoshoots!
I’m crazy passionate about women living their lives on their own terms, especially in business. It’s what fires me up!!
So it’s no surprise that I’m hella passionate about making sure your photo shoots help you achieve your goals!!
With that in mind, I wanted to jump in here and walk you through what we cover in our planning sessions and why they are super important to getting the most out of your photography shoot! After all, your photo shoot needs to work for you and help you grow your biz, otherwise it's just some nice piccies. And while I do love nice pictures, I believe that nice pictures with a purpose are better!
So let's jump in!

Knowing what your brand aesthetic is, helps ensure that the images are edited in your style so they match either your existing feed or the look you want to have in the future!
2 - What do you want to achieve with this shoot?
This is an important one, we need to make sure that the original reason why you wanted to book is mapped out and achieved! So if that's some killer headshots, or more behind the scenes shots, it's important to identify them here. Now that we know what style to shoot in, and why you booked, we can move onto my favourite question...
3 - What's your business goals for the next 3-6 months?
We need to make sure that the content we create now, helps you achieve, and is in alignment with, those goals. So if you're wanting to bring on 10 new clients in the next 3 months, and one of the ways you're going to do that is through Pinterest, now we know that we need to make sure that we have lots of portrait or vertical images which are perfect for Pinterest. Work smarter, not harder!
BOOM, now I know a
