Unbloomed Narcissus flowers is a common sight at the pre-Chinese new year flower market in Hong Kong. They are considered a lucky plant as the flower are meant to bloom during the new year festivities marking the arrival of spring. Unfortunately, due to extreme weather conditions, Hong Kong suffered one of the warmest January's on record. As a result, many of the flowers bloomed too early.
