Maggie forever.

How do you put into words a dog who's been by your side for 17 years and 8 months and having to make that tough choice when health takes a turn to say goodbye... ?

Maggie, sweet little darling. Memories of you will be forever tucked away in the hearts of your owners Dana & Jason. Their love for Maggie is clearly seen in the photos. Lucky is what they call themselves to look after you and for you to be apart of their family.

Jason told me the time he first met Dana. Maggie bit his finger so hard she was hanging as he lifted his hand away.. Little did Maggie know, Jason was soon to become her dad - haha!!

Here's to dogs, forever loving us without words just as they are. There is a lot we can learn from them. So thank you Maggie for a beautiful life with you. May you rest in peace little one..

Its been abit quiet over here..
The time as a photographer to step away from the camera for abit and look after someone in need of my love and support for the past few years.

Yet now, only photographs can tell his story and its in this moment I really really realise the power of a photograph. The power to preserve the memory..

My youngest brother grew his wings and flew to eternity. Words can not describe my aching heart. At just 30 God said its time.. pain free and moving from the body to the spirit.

I urge you. SPEND TIME WITH THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE!! Life could change quickly..

Heres a video I made of his 30 years of life. You may see me posting about him alot or maybe its in my silence the time for reflection is needed.

Happy 3rd wedding anniversary to Buu & Carla. With a few new greys and a few more wrinkles, I hope they tell stories of what it is to be in love and choose love.
Love is a daily choice. Its hard. Its brutal. But damn its worth it. Love teaches us to soften towards one another. To enourage. To listen and grow beside one another, even if one needs more water than the other. Love is a beautiful place to be.

Remember these two? They turned into four!! I love LOVE capturing my clients and seeing their lives expand and grow. Ben & Leila were married in Brisbane in 2019 and fast forward to 2023 they now have two children. Leila's parents joined in on the fun today - how cute are they!?
They say life is colourful, bright and of course full of twists and turns.

When I am in Ben & Leilas presence I feel nothing but loved. It is felt with the heart and I hope you can feel it in these photos.

We can learn alot from others by learning to listen, asking questions and being kind to one another. Its just that simple. Sit with one another and see where you can feel the love shine through.

Im blessed to follow Ben & Leilas journey (grandparents included!)
on this journey of life. May you keep growing together, always.

I think if I were to put love into words, it would be me behind the lens today capturing this gorgeous couple, expecting their first child together. There was beauty in the way they looked at one another. Tenderness in the way they touched.
It was pure bliss love.
I am beyond grateful that I get to photograph the memories of love. To encapsulate love held in a moment..

That was just it - wasn’t it? Love. Just love.
May you begin to pause daily. To notice love all around you. In the breeze as it softly runs through you hair. In the elderly couple walking down the street hand in hand. In the laughter of a child playing at the park. Love was all around. Can you notice it?
