Those of you that know me are aware that I am a science fiction fan ,and I was happy to be of help to the Quest Star Trek club. I didn't get many photos to share with you, but hopefully it has inspired you to visit these events. They are a lot of fun, lots to see, the people are friendly and it is a great vibe!

Photographs from Supanova in Brisbane Saturday done and thanks to all that allowed me to photograph them. I didn't get as many photos done as I was helping at the Quest stall. It always amazes me the dedication and detail many people go to in their costumes, and it's great to see so many families getting into the theme. I took my camera up to Grumpys Diner diner at Plainland for their first Show and Shine which was a fantastic and well organised event. I've dined at Grumpy's before and can recommend the food, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The owner is car enthusiast himself and I'm quite envious of his Shelby Mustang fastback which you'll see in the photos. Looking forward to the next event. Link to the album below.

Photographs from ComicCon in Brisbane Sunday done and thanks to all that allowed me to photograph them. Check out the Mountain Dew Lorian and the Flinstone Family. I didn't get as much done today as I was assisting with Quest QLD but still had time to wander around and chat with people about their costumes and genres. I missed out on going to Abbey Medieval Festival last year and was looking forward to going this year As many of you know, I enjoy sharing the photos I take at different events as a hobby photographer but this year the festival has banned all photography and professional cameras except for mobile phone camera usage. I may put up some photos from previous events so you have an idea at what is there to see, but I don't think I will be going now this rule has been imposed.
