'Lights Out'

Last night was a pretty interesting day, I was going go climb mount Temple in Arthurs Pass but my friend got sick, so I sleep into the afternoon, got up at around 2pm then saw there was an aurora alert for a big storm so I made some plans with Nightscapes & Landscapes- Reuben van Buuren and went out and shoot this Church.

As we driving out we could see the massive arch in the distance, it was so bright and already impressive before the camera came out of the bag.

I hope you enjoy this image, my first with low level lighting LED light, It was a beautiful sight to see the aurora beams, the glow in the distance and to be under the stars that where shining so bright.

WANAKA GALAXY
I’ve been dreaming to take Milky Way shot ever since i started to know about milky way. Finally i made it. This is my first ever attempt to shoot milky way in any manner. So this image is very special to me. Apparently my first successful milky way panorama i shot. Stitching those huge 24raw files was a hard job but I did manage to get the decent result. It took almost 45 minutes to shoot this 180degree panorama.
24 images combined (6x4) stitched in Photoshop edited in LR/PS.
