The finest details to the overall experience — this shoot for was designed to capture beauty in its most elevated form. Taleah told me she wanted the shoot to feel like a “warm cloud” — soft, calming, glowing, and effortlessly luxe — and we carried that feeling through every frame. ✨
The close-up moments, warm tones, sculptural interiors, and intimate textures all came together to create something that felt refined, editorial, and deeply intentional. More than just documenting treatments, we wanted every image to reflect the atmosphere behind the brand — calm, modern, luxurious, and quietly confident.
From softly perfected brows to beautifully balanced lips, every detail was captured with precision and purpose. Loved bringing Taleah’s vision to life.

Cara for newcastle
There’s a quiet shift happening in Newcastle’s dining scene. Beyond the big, bustling venues and beachside pubs, we’re seeing the rise of the intimate — spaces where you can sink into a seat, share a bottle, graze slowly, and feel part of something considered. Leading this new wave is Cara, the Neighbourhood Bistro & Wine Bar now open in The Junction.
I had the chance to photograph the space and its food before the official launch. What struck me immediately was the atmosphere — fun, yet refined. Soft hues of pink and green play against pops of yellow outside, catching the light in a way that makes you smile as you walk in. Fresh flowers on entrance, adding an easy elegance.
Cara feels like the kind of place that Newcastle has been waiting for — intimate, European in spirit, and yet grounded in our novacastrian city.
The food is balanced, elegant & designed to share, while the wine list leans curated and thoughtful — the kind of drops you want to linger over. But more than the menu, it’s the mood that hits just right this is a place built for connection.
Cara isn’t just opening its doors — it’s opening a new chapter in how Newcastle dines. And I have a feeling it’s a chapter people will want to read again and again. .newcastle
