After having my first child, I looked at her and wondered how I could encapsulate this little squidgy baby. That was the moment when I wanted to pursue my love of photography. See, as a new mum, some days can often be about survival. Getting enough sleep so that you can function the next day and night. But between those moments, are those moments where you feel truly blessed. You look at them (som

etimes for hours!), their tiny toes, the wrinkles in their forehead and you wonder how you’ve become so lucky to become a mother. This feeling, this emotion, is what I want to preserve in a photograph. When you have a newborn session with me, you get comfy on my couch, kick your feet back and I just love to hear the birth stories from parents. The moment when they first hold their baby. Often parents get so comfy whilst I photograph their baby, they catch up on some please. It feel honoured that people have chosen me, and invited me into their world at such a wonderful time. But wait! There’s more! I’m not just a newborn photographer! I love documenting connections with all humans! So family sessions and maternity are my absolute fav! Having four children of my own gives me the skills to take control of your family session and make it FUN! If people were to use a word to describe me, it would be energy. I will chase down your toddler, make up games and ensure you have family portraits that are worthy of the wall.�

CHRISTMAS MINIS 2026 🎄
I have been busy organising Christmas behind the scenes and within the Lisa Frost Christmas Mini 2026 group for the last couple months. But this is the first public post! How exciting!
This year there are three Christmas mini options to choose from:
✨ EMERALD CHRISTMAS
A rich, classic Christmas scene with deep emerald green, warm gold details, Christmas trees, a glowing fireplace and a dark green velvet couch.
🎅 SANTA’S WARDROBE
A fun and playful scene filled with silly hats, Santa beards, festive glasses and antlers. Perfect for a lovely family portrait followed by some Christmas silliness.
🏠 CHRISTMAS AT HOME
A relaxed session at home, capturing the family around the Christmas tree, decorating, baking, reading Christmas stories or simply enjoying time together. These sessions are available across Boyne Island, Tannum Sands, Gladstone, Benaraby and Calliope.
Bookings are always offered to members of my Christmas Mini group first. Any remaining sessions will then be released to the public.
The first studio weekend sold out within 30 minutes, so joining the group is the best way to get first choice of dates and times.

LATE ORDERS! I probably received about 8 emails a day asking if you can order if you have missed your clubs closing date. The answer is YES! I create a link at the end of the winter sports season to capture all these orders in one hit. As this is a manual process, across the 20 clubs I service, I really only want to do this once!
