I think this is what I love most about photographing families with little ones. It’s never just one thing.
It’s playful and wild and busy and full, a bit messy, a bit cheeky, sometimes very much not going to plan. And then somewhere in the middle of all that, it softens.
Someone reaches for you. Someone needs to be held. Everyone settles for half a second and the magic starts to unfold a little.
I’m not here to force kids into something they’re not vibing with. If they’re not having it, we move on, follow their lead, and let the good stuff unfold from there.
I’m just trying to create the space needed for your family to relax and be where you are.
That’s the stuff I want to photograph. The essence of it. Not just how this season looked, but how it felt. 🌱
