Another beaut day behind the camera. This time gathering B-roll footage for Small World Documentaries and .artist

This gig took a while to have the planets align but glad it all came together.

It was also at this location that I met Stefi, an up and coming Hobart photog. He didn’t hesitate and approached me, struck up a convo then hung out for the rest of the shoot.

We chatted about photography, gear and our individual approach to framing up the ideal photo.

we love our photography assignments!

Food photography has always been a massive interest to us.

The fact that we eat with our eyes makes the effort of lighting, composition and story-telling so worthwhile.

Since late Feb and most of March, we have managed to complete an additional 25 restaurant-specific shoots, each one different, and most posing different challenges.

These 25 shoots will bring Barefoot Photographer one step closer to completing our 300th food shoot in Hobart :)

We're just glad that Covid is almost in the gutter so some of our restaurants can recover and start building up patronage once more.
