🚉 All aboard! Have you secured your seats for the Tocumwal heritage train experience yet?

Spirited Rail Tours and Seymour Railway Heritage Centre (SRHC) are heading back to Tocumwal on SATURDAY 22 AUGUST with their classic diesel-hauled Day Tour AND the popular Katunga Lunch Shuttle!

Whether you’re riding down from Seymour, Nagambie, Shepparton, or Numurkah for a day in Tocumwal, or stepping aboard for a scenic trip in vintage carriages on the Katunga Shuttle, it’s a fantastic day out for all ages. On the shuttle, BYO lunch or grab a treat from the onboard kiosk and bar as you enjoy the rolling country views. Please note that you will not be disembarking at Katunga.

The train will be arriving in Tocumwal at 11:50am, with the shuttle running from 12:30pm to 2:10pm, before the day tour departs at 3:10pm. Book your tickets so you don't miss out in this experience!

And of course, we will have the Museum open from 10:00am until the train leaves!

❗As always, we cannot stress enough the importance of being safe around the line should you choose to photograph or view the train's arrival & departure. Keep off the tracks and out of the rail corridor.

Taken at Tocumwal, New South Wales, on a Canon750D with the 18-55mm lens. This was the first time that a steam train had visited the town since 2001, and Steamrail went all-out to bring TWO steam trains for the 'Tocumwal Steam Spectacular' weekend.
