blossoms, blossoming in March 👀

I’ve been photographing weddings here for well over a decade and I don’t remember this happening. Normally they bloom in early October 🌸 anyway, I think Ryan & Steph were pretty happy either way… they just got married 🙌🏼

Pretty excited to be back to tomorrow for my first wedding back for the season!

It’s been a long offseason of fun and rehab and I can’t wait to get back into the swing of things 📸

Here’s some shots from the last time I was there for Bryony and Robbie’s elopement with the epic crew 🙌🏼

is here! What’s changing? Not a lot. New name, new website, same guy.

Before it was just Jim, it was Justin and Jim. Two best friends who loved weddings and photography.

I’m fortunate enough that I got to work side by side with my best friend for half a decade. We shot weddings every weekend and edited all week. We learnt so much and pushed each other to be the best photographers we could be.

I started taking on more weddings on my own in the last 5 years as Justin’s other business started taking off. I have felt the weddings needed their own space for a while now under my own brand so it made sense to create . will be back as we still shoot commercial and action sports photography jobs together and even co-host twice a week.

I’ve just launched my new website, I would love if you could check it out, give me some feedback and even share it with your friends.

More to come ❤️

Hamish and Nat were married right in the heart of Bendigo at

This place is beautiful and is surrounded by some of Bendigo’s most iconic buildings and streets.

I was searching for somewhere to shoot sunset/dusk and remembered the hills offer some great vantage points!

So we went for a short walk and managed to create this shot before getting back to the party!

Hey Jim,
Thank you again for everything you did for us on our wedding day! You honestly created such an amazing atmosphere for me and the girls especially. Just made that day so cruisy.. almost like you were our wedding coordinator!
Am so excited to see the sneak peak today 😍

3 weeks ago we got a call from our good friend Zach. His wedding was the following day and we were guests!

“Hey mate, it’s going to be hot tomorrow, reckon you can bring your camera and get a quick video/photo of us jumping in at the end of the night as the photographer and videographer will have gone home by then” of course we said no worries. Us being us knew we weren’t bringing just a camera.

So we loaded up every light and camera we own just for this moment.

The day was stunning and the night was wild, counted us down with half the wedding jumping in the pool. It was all time epic fun. Justin being Justin decided he would jump in (he was shooting video while I took photos along with who used my other camera) what he didn’t realise before he jumped was that it was the deep end and he dunked his brand new camera completely into the pool were it turned off instantly. Not letting that get in the way of a good time, he grabbed his other camera and jumped back in, a little more careful than the last time to keep shooting.

So did the camera survive?

Ps who’s doing this next!? 😜🤘🏻

Disclaimer: we weren’t the official photographer/videographer for the day, but credit to for hearing about this crazy plan and sticking around for an extra few hours! Go check his epic reel from the pool!

Glenn and Nathan last Friday at

Technically they got married a week earlier at the registrar, so one of their best friends jumped in as celebrant for a fun and lighthearted ceremony with the boys bringing lots of tears throughout their vows.

Mr & Mrs Turnbull

Adam and Madeline really wanted a photo in the shearing shed, I wasn’t sure what the light would be like after shooting in a few in the past with some average light but I knew we had to look as you never know whats inside. We found some of the best light of the day 🤌🏼 so glad we ventured in!
