Photoshoots like this do take some time, so bare this in mind when looking through photography pricing. Usually properties like this are in the $800-$1800 range depending on what styling, or if you need people or food added in the images.
Should you have the budget for an overnight stay photography package- I would consider it though.
Firstly, a lot of properties don't require it, so if you have this kind of property that has 360º views, you are already a head of the competitors.
Secondly, it allows me, the photographer, to capture the lighting shifting through the property, sunrise and sunset, shadows through trees... you get the idea! It allows the photos to be perfect for each section of the property because the package is for a whole 24 hours.
Overnight stay pricing is via a quote, depending where in the country you are located. 🌿
