She made me feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful throughout the entire session. She was so helpful and knew exactly how to guide me with my poses and positioning to capture the perfect pictures. Her attention to detail and passion for what she does really showed in every moment.

The AI question…

There is so much talk lately in the industry about the place of AI within editing and it’s pretty wild! There are so many levels of AI that can be used, but I’ve lately seen and heard so many stories of photographers using AI to fully edit their images for them. This has resulted in their clients ending up with everything from extra limbs, to different faces, to fake first kisses, to their celebrants being replaced with something else entirely. I hate that AI is becoming such a part of the industry. It’s taking away from the art for creating and capturing the moments that we do!

A lot of enquiries these days come with the question, “do you use AI?”, and if you’re looking at booking a photographer, it’s something you should ask. You deserve transparency. I pride myself on the fact that AI comes nowhere near my images! That golden, glowing light you see, real. The backlit rain drops, real. The laughs, the chaos, the crazy locations, real! When you get your images back from me, each one of them has been lovingly edited, one by one, by me, and is presented exactly how we shot it! No AI, no decisions on your photos being made by anyone else other than me, no replacing your locations with somewhere else, or extra limbs being added! And it will stay that way!

AI doesn’t have a place in editing your images, and there is nothing anyone can say that will convince me otherwise!
