My name (and my pics) up in lights! 🎉

Yes, it’s in the back cover, but still!!!

So excited to see my pics in print on the back cover of the new book by Sarah Tump and Anna. You Are by Sarah and Anna

I was the lucky first one to borrow this fab book from the library today after it just hit the shelves yesterday.

It can be purchased from Nature’s Emporium if you want one for yourself.

Tonight I give you a collection of memories...a collection of love...support...connection...trauma...triumph...and so much more in this culminating event for Bones of Women the Documentary.

These images are just some moments in time from the day when the public got to see Sarah's creation for the first time at the premiere screening. There are some in colour and some in black and white as sometime they lend themselves to black and white more as it allows the moment or feeling to shine through. So, I've included them all!

T.S. Eliot said "The end is just the beginning." I believe this is just the beginning of amazing things to come for Sarah and the Bones of Women concept.

My sincerest thanks goes to Sarah for allowing me to be a part of this project.

It was something a little different for me. Sarah allowed me the freedom to just 'do' and be creative throughout the journey. I have loved every second it!

Please feel free to tag or share these photos.

It’s nearly time!! We’ve all been waiting a loooong time for this special day to come.

Finally, this amazing documentary will have its day! I was privileged to photograph the filming and loved EVERY minute of it.

Thank you Sarah Tump for letting me be a part of your journey 💜

Local screenwriter Sarah Tump has produced her first documentary, Bones of Women, screening on 8 May at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre.

Hold on to the tiny moments and cherish the little snuggles...they grow up so fast!

These two...just so adorable 😍 I love catching those special moments, especially in the lives of our little people, as they really do fly away so fast...

I had the privilege of capturing some more memories for a beautiful family on the weekend. I can't wait to finish editing the rest! (Click the pics for the full view)

Sneak peek!!!

Here is a gorgeous Mumma to be who was positively glowing for her maternity shoot on the weekend.

I have been busting to do a shoot in the macadamia trees for a long time and finally I got lucky! Sooooo many stunning images to come 🤩

Here's Master M waiting for the Hop on Hop off Bus in Hobart, July 2018. Gee, he has changed so much since then!

When travelling to new places like that, we always like to find a hop on hop off bus to take us on a relaxed tour of the main sights first and we narrow down our touristy activities from there.

Stay safe, stay home - please! :)

STOP!!! I yelled as we came upon this golden jewel, glistening in the glow of a magnificent sunset - instantly ready to leap from the car with my camera.

One of the most amazing sunsets I've seen was right here at this gorgeous little church in Tasmania. We were driving along, doing the sightseeing thing, trying to make it to our next destination before the sun went down (Ha ha!) when we came upon a sight I must stop for. The rays of light were beaming through the windows, enticing me to come for a closer look.

But, not before I captured this scene which conveniently had the rustic dirt road and the green green grass beneath a massive tree to help frame my pic. SO. LUCKY!!!

I have close to 5000 photos to sift through from this holiday - it will take a while but there are so many I can't wait to share.

I hope this has brought a moment of joy to someone's night as it does mine everytime I look at it.

Stay safe,
Ange x

Hi everyone! Hope you are staying safe and staying home!

Here's our big boy just before his fourth birthday. He was "helping me to suss out a new location for photoshoots" wink wink... :) He's always been tricky to get to take nice photos and will often opt for silly faces or just get cranky with me so I treasure ones like this!

When did you last look at your family photos trapped on your computer?

Our family photos take a back seat when it comes to editing as my client sessions are always at the forefront. So, with the extra quiet time we have ahead of us, I thought I might try to tackle some of the years...yes YEARS of backlog on my family pics.

This one is of our littlest man, taken in June 2018. I stumbled across this half edited shot the other day and decided to finally finish it.

Feel free to share your favourite family pics as I indulge and share a few of mine!

Stay safe everyone,
Ange
