We don’t use AI to edit our photos. Not because it can’t make an image look polished, but because polish isn’t the whole point.
When we edit, we’re not just adjusting light, colour, or composition. We’re returning to the moment: the atmosphere, the sounds, the energy in the room, and the emotion we felt when we pressed the shutter.
Sometimes that means reframing an image. Sometimes it means holding back on an edit so the photograph still feels honest. Every decision is intentional, guided by the vision we had while we were there.
AI can recognise patterns and produce a clean, consistent result. But it wasn’t present for the moment. It doesn’t know why a quieter frame matters, why a certain colour feels nostalgic, or why an imperfect detail is part of the story.
For us, manual editing is where the human element stays in the photograph.
If you want photographs edited with the same care they were captured with, get in touch. We’d love to tell your story.
