Well that’s a wrap. Back in Byron after a fabulous 6 week snow holiday with family and friends. A sensational time.
We ll return late November 2026.

I prepared a nutritious seeded bread using my brand new full steam oven, taking it from dough proofing to the final baking stage. Thanks to an excellent recipe from the cookbook, the results were fantastic. ⁠
