A little business update from me 🤍
If you’ve been around here for a while, you’d know I’ve basically run this business through Instagram and Facebook messages for years… and truthfully, it’s gotten a little chaotic đź«
Between enquiries, bookings, prep chats, outfit questions and trying to reply at all hours, I’ve realised something had to give.
This year I’ve really been trying to work on balance. Not just working more, but working in a way that feels healthier, more organised and better for both me and my clients.
So I’m starting to move Bo***ir by Aleisha Jean bookings across to direct booking links, website enquiries and emails instead of relying so heavily on social media messages.
It means:
- less missed messages
- easier booking
- clearer communication
- and a much smoother experience overall
But I also want to say this because it’s important to me — just because the booking process is changing doesn’t mean the experience is 🤍
I’m still going to be there for the nervous messages, the “I have no idea what to wear” chats, helping you prepare, hyping you up and making sure you feel comfortable the entire way through.
Bo***ir sessions are such a vulnerable and personal experience, and creating a space where women feel safe, confident and genuinely looked after will always matter most to me.
I don’t know if I’ll ever fully have this whole business thing figured out, but I do know the way I’ve been doing things lately hasn’t been sustainable for me or fair on my clients either.
