Just a little follow-up from last night's Gypsy's Table adventure. What you are looking at here is a closely guarded , time-tested, one of a kind bread recipe. Lovely Lisa has been refining this recipe for over a decade and it tastes as good as it looks. That perfect balance of soft and tasty. Perfect. Her staff have even tried some Oceans Eleven style heists in order to obtain the magic recipe, all to no-avail. So if you are in the area make sure you stop by, I'll return with my dinner review soon.

Something a little different tonight, dinner out at Gypsy's Table tonight with my lovely lady Michelle Williams Photography This place is so cool, looking forward to my meal. Apparently, the recipe is a 150yr old family tradition... I'd better notask for tomato sauce.

What a fantastic Saturday I had dragging the lovely Michelle Williams Photography upto Lamington National Park. We hiked nearly 9km and I think I managed maybe 4 semi-decent photos. Was a great day and a stunning place to shoot. This one here is getting turned into a canvas if anyone is after one. Now to plan the next wee walk.....

2023 Is going to be a for Aitken Photography , I plan on pushing my page and photography a lot more, I will be getting back into the market, I will at some stage revamp my and most of all I plan on having an year.
