I've had a few messages about Santa Photos for 2022 so thought I'd put up a quick post....

At the end of last year I made the decision to close my business as of 2022. It was a difficult decision and I will miss seeing all the beautiful families coming along to visit santa, especially seeing the excitement on all the kids faces. I can tell you that my Santa(s) are disappointed too! But, I've had some exciting changes in my life that have taken me in a different direction which unfortunately doesn't leave enough time to fit everything in! The santa photos have been fun but I'm now looking forward to the next chapter!

I would like to thank everyone who visited us for santa photos over the past 6 years and I wish you all the very best for many more christmas's to come!

I wanted to do this as a separate post, to thank all the special people in my life that have made Santa photos possible over the past 6 years – my family. It started out with me asking my father-in-law (Baz) to put on a santa costume (that had been left here by accident) to have a photo with our boys, to the following year asking my friends to bring their kids around for a picture to see if I could make something of this!

A huge thank you goes to our beautiful dads (Kerry & Barry) for giving up their time to be the most amazing Santas ever. I’ve loved watching the kids light up when they see you and how excited they get to be able to talk to you (well, most of them!). I know sitting in that suit all day, sometimes on 40 degree days when the air conditioning was not coping, would not have been comfortable at all but you both did it without complaint – I cannot thank you enough for that and without you none of this would have been possible! Thanks to our mums for also giving up their time (& their husbands), for helping to make little ones smile & for also helping with our housework while we were all out doing the photos!

Thank you to our boys (Kallen, Tain & Cooper and girlfriends Re & Maddie) for your patience, help and support while we were busy all weekends and most nights through the week for a few months leading up to Christmas – I know there’s been times when we haven’t been able to give you as much focus & I apologise for that. Especially for last year, when the photos took over the whole house thanks to Covid & social distanced Santa photos for the first time ever!

And last but certainly not least, thank you to my amazing husband Brett who, without his support, encouragement, faith in me & people skills this whole thing would have been a disorganised mess (more so than it was)! Meeting & greeting everyone who comes in, keeping me on track, helping me stick prints into cards at all hours of the night and being there when I’ve been a stressed out lunatic (especially this week!). You mean the world to me & I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I wish you all a fantastic Christmas, and a safe & happy new year and many years to come!! I love you all ❤ ❤ ❤

🎅 🎄 All digital images have now been emailed out to everyone. The email will come from either [email protected] OR WeTransfer. The download link is valid for 7 days - if your link expires please let me know & I will resend.

All prints up until 11th December (even the missed ones) are now here ready for collection. They will be in a crate at my front door for contact-less pick up during the day till around dark. For those who ordered prints from 18th December - please refer to the email with your digital download.

I would like to thank everyone for visiting us for Santa photos & for your patience and support. I have made the decision to close my business as of the end of this year so won't be doing Santa photos (or any photography) next year. Working full time & doing photography/editing on the weekends & nights has proven too much & I apologise to you all for the delays in getting your images to you this year. The santa photos have been fun for the last 6 years and now I look forward to continuing with the next chapter of my life with more university study next year!

Good news!!! We’re on for today (Saturday)! Santa will be on his way shortly!!! All times can stay the same as they were. For anyone who cancelled but now still wants to come along please let me know.

Hi Everyone, still no test results so I’m definitely moving it to Sunday. If it’s a negative result we’ll go ahead Sunday & obvious if it’s positive we will cancel altogether. Tomorrow I will sort out times etc for those still wanting to come on Sunday. Thank you everyone for your understanding and apologies to those who can’t make it on Sunday. 😔

Hi everyone, as suspected we don't have our results back yet. I'm putting it out there for expressions of interest .... if I were to move the Santa Photos to Sunday (pending a negative result of course), how many people would still be keen to come along? I completely understand anyone not wanting to come along and am happy to offer refunds for anyone wanting to cancel now. If you are booked in for photos tomorrow, please message me to let me know your preference. I'm really sorry for all the inconvenience. xx Lisa

Just letting you know that I’m having to get a Covid test this morning (I’m not sick, just a close contact). I’m in the line up now which means I’m not going to be home for a few hours as the line is not moving very quickly (or at all at the moment 😩)! I will post again when I’m home for anyone wanting to pick up prints today. I will work out a way to leave them out the front so that you can pick them up contact-less!

Anyone booked in for Saturday’s Santa photos - I really don’t know what this will mean. If you would prefer not to come I completely understand. I can offer refunds or the option for you to send me a photo which I can photoshop into a frame that is sitting on the couch. I will do up an example when I get home & post here.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience - Covid really knows how to put a dampener on Christmas!! 😔🦠

FINALLY!!! Prints have finally arrived for the November sessions. I’m working hard to get them all sorted & into cards tonight. They should be ready for picking up by Wednesday afternoon. Please message me to arrange pick up time. For anyone who has paid for postage I will get them in the post asap & let you know when they’re on their way. Thank you again for your patience in waiting for the prints to be delivered. I don’t usually have any problems with delivery from the printing company but Covid delays plus Christmas has seen a big delay in the prints arriving. Moving forward I am using a local printing company so that I can avoid postage delays again. 🎄🎅🏻
