Last week I took a little road trip down the Northern NSW Coast with Trip.com & Visit NSW.
I took a short flight from Melbourne to Coffs Harbour, hired a car and drove south to Port Macquarie visiting some of the small coastal towns along the way.
This part of Australia is truly amazing - Ancient Rainforests (Dorrigo National Park), Great Surf Spots (Crescent Head), Beautiful Beaches (The Entire Coastline), Indigenous History and so much more.

South West Rocks accomodation - NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Resort this is a great place to stay, they have luxury cabins as well as camping/caravan spots, close to the beach, Smoky Cape Lighthouse and Trial Bay Gaol.
Port Macquarie accomodation - Ana Mandara Luxury Bed & Breakfast, the perfect place for a luxury break. Situated right on the Hastings River it's the perfect spot to relax and wacth the sunset in the afternoon with a glass of vino. The 3 course gourmet breakfast is amazing, they also offer dinner packages 😀

Earlier this month I was lucky enough to be invited to Switzerland to take part in the 2020 Winter Influencer Summit.

My trip began in Zurich where I got to spend a couple of days exploring this incredible city - eating, sipping coffee, relaxing and getting over my jet lag.

Next stop was Andermatt for the 2020 winter influencer summit, I mean seriously what an amazing place to host a conference. Andermatt is located in the heart of the Swiss Alps, its home to central Switzerland's largest ski resort and also some of the most incredible Spa Retreats you've ever seen, including The Chedi - Andermatt.

After a day at the conference and a day relaxing in the spa at The Chedi it was time to jump on a train and head to another amazing Swiss town, Gstaad. Seriously the train system in Switzerland is the best way to explore this beautiful country, the scenery along the routes is totally epic.

Gstaad is an amazing little Ski town not far from the city of Bern. I stayed here for a couple of nights at Le Grand Bellevue which has one of the largest spa's in Switzerland (2500 sqm of pure ).

Gstaad is one of those places that you visit and never want to leave. You can ice-skate in the town centre, ski on the amazing mountains, dine at some world famous Michelin Star restaurants or spend the day relaxing and having spa treatments (yes I did all these things lol).

Switzerland has stolen a little piece of my heart, I can't wait to return and explore some more.

Well who knew that there was so much more to Peru than Machu Picchu? I sure didn't before I visited this beautiful country.
I didn't realise that the Amazon was easily accessible by taking just a short flight from Lima to Iquitos. I also didn't know much about Peruvian food which is insanely good and has been influenced by many other cuisines over the years like Sushi with Ceviche or Chinese fried rice mixed with Quinoa and sweet potato, so delicious.
Peru is definitely a country full of richness - Gastronomy, Adventure, Culture and Nature, it has it all.......time to add it to your bucket list.
