A love story that started with two… and is about to become a family of five.

Excitement
A little bit of craziness
So much love
And a beautiful baby sister on the way. 🥹

These are the moments I love capturing, the giggles, the cuddles, the sandy little fingers, the wet hair, the playful moments and the way your family already loves this little baby before she’s even arrived.

There’s something so special about celebrating another year of life with a heart this full. 🤍✨

This birthday feels a little different..

After 7 weeks of travelling, slowing down, being present and creating memories with the people I love most, I’m coming home feeling incredibly grateful,,

For my family
For the experiences we shared
For the memories we created
And for another year ahead.

This trip reminded me once again that life is made up of moments… and those moments are worth capturing.
The big ones, the little ones, the messy ones, the beautiful ones,, because one day, these are the memories we’ll hold onto. 🙏🏼

And as I step into another year, I’m also stepping into an exciting NEW chapter with EllaEssi Photography. ✨
Something very special has been in the works… something created for women, to celebrate women, empower women and remind us to see ourselves through a different lens.

I’ve been so excited to finally share this with you… and I’m almost ready. 👀✨

I’M BACK. 🤍

Seven weeks away.
Seven weeks of new places, slow mornings, endless walking, beautiful views, laughter, and most importantly… memories.

And now I’m home with something I value more than anything, a camera roll full of moments I never want to forget.

But this trip reminded me of something I already know so deeply through my work…

Life moves far too quickly.

Children grow.
Families change.
Siblings live in different countries.
The people we love aren’t always just around the corner.

And sometimes, the greatest gift we can give ourselves is to stop, be together, and document it.

One of the most special parts of this trip was spending precious time with my siblings and their families. Cooking together, sharing meals, laughing about our childhood, watching the things we grew up watching, and creating new memories together.

And yes… we made sure we had professional family photographs taken too. 🤍

Because as a photographer, I know exactly how important it is to be in the photographs, not always behind the camera.

These photographs were beautifully captured by Laura | Destination Elopement Photographer and having someone else document my family reminded me just how precious it feels to receive photographs that capture more than how we looked…

They capture how we felt.

The connection.
The laughter.
The love.
The people we had beside us.
The chapter of life we were living in that exact moment.

And now I’m bringing a little piece of those seven weeks home with me.

Over the coming days, I’ll be sharing more of the places we visited, the people we loved, the memories we created, and the photographs that now mean so much to me.

Because beautiful photographs aren’t just for today.

They become the memories we hold onto tomorrow. 🤍

And after seven weeks of creating memories of my own…

I’m so ready to get back to creating yours. ✨

One day these tiny hands won’t fit in yours anymore.

The sleepy cuddles, the newborn stretches, the way they melt perfectly into your arms… it all changes so quickly.

That’s why photographs matter.

Not just for you, but for your baby one day too.
To look back and see how deeply they were loved from the very beginning.

To remember the way mum held them so gently.

The way dad looked at them with so much pride and love.

The way your family felt in those first precious days together.

These moments are fleeting, but photographs let you hold onto them forever.
Because while the newborn stage passes in the blink of an eye… the memories never have to. 🤍
