Another mini-shoot at sunset between showers on a very rainy weekend...

I only ever share (not even) a quarter of the total images captured during a shoot. It always amazes me how many micro-moments can be captured in such a short amount of time ♡

Lately I’ve been photographing for a beautiful book about home and belonging, created for children and the educators who guide them.

Part of it meant capturing a beautiful friend and her little family. We shaped a few scenes together, hoping for sunshine, but the moody, stormy weather rolled in instead. It brought a different kind of warmth.

I’m looking forward to seeing these moments find their place on the page.
