The creation of SKYPRINTS began with an impulse purchase of a fluro green toy helicopter one Sunday afternoon. After falling from the sky numerous times, (including crash landings into the dog water..and the toilet..) After then investing in something a little bigger and a little better, it was no sooner obvious that this toy wasn't going to cut it either. 24 hours and another impulse buy later br

ings us to the 'toy' that has helped create the images before us today. After only a handful of trial flys before strapping on a camera to see the results that can be produced from this unique perspective, a new passion was born, and the sky is the limit.

We've been a little quiet over this way lately with life getting in the way of photo taking 😜 We got out yesterday though between the rain showers and got this shot from the top of the lookout near Gull Rock boiler bay and Ledge Beach. Pretty spectacular to see the sun rays poking through the clouds, and those shipping boats in the background.

Just sharing a memory from this time last year - look at the colour of that water! The best days in Albany are just ahead (in my opinion :) ) Although the days get a little chillier - those blue skies and crystal clear water are just paradise! (oh and a year on, the shark net is still there....;) )
