Winter weddings are always absolutely beautiful, but especially when they're at the gorgeous Mount Lofty House.

Jo and Matt got married last weekend, we had constant rain all day/night. Most people freak out when that happens, not these guys though.

We had the most beautiful fog roll through, (it was like something out of a movie!). So I got to get super creative with their photos and this was the result. These are some of my all time favourite photos, ever.

Don’t be afraid to book a wedding during winter folks, it is always going to bring you some magic.

This is Elizabeth Close Arts. An incredible Pitjantjatjara & Yankunytjatjara woman who is an amazing aboriginal artist based here on Kaurna land. If you live around here, you’ll know her from her incredible mural work that can be found on many of the buildings and structures around the country.

Elizabeth is one of my closest friends and I was so incredibly stoked when she asked me to take some branding photos that really represent her as an artist.

We tried to keep this authentic, and true. And I wanted to capture her heart, soul and boss lady energy in these photos. Anyone that knows Elizabeth, I hope that you feel that when you look at these too. 🤟🏼☺️

If you don’t already know him, Shane is an aboriginal artist/tattooist/youth worker/marathon runner with a heart of gold who lives right here on Kaurna land.

It’s not often that I get to photograph beautiful little families but I really do love it when I get the opportunity! These guys are getting married later this year and asked to include their little one in their engagement session, so of course I said HELL YES!!!

I don’t usually do single photo posts on Facebook but I feel like this one deserves it’s own glory. Thank you to these two humans who allowed me to get creative and really bring my vision to life. It’s not everyday you get to photograph the iconic AL RU Farm greenhouse, so I wanted to absolutely nail it and make something magical.

Ps. If you look REAL close, you can see the baby birds perched up in the corner watching from afar. 😍
