Family photos can sometimes feel like a lot of work, especially with two kids (and a husband who normally hates having his photo taken!), but somehow they made the whole experience feel easy, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable.I won a voucher through We Rock the Spectrum, and our planning meeting was originally scheduled for just days after my mum passed away.

Samantha was incredibly kind and understanding when I let her know I needed to cancel and reschedule. There was absolutely no pressure, and she simply told me to take all the time I needed. That kindness meant so much to me during what was a really difficult time.During that planning session, Samantha took the time to get to know our family and came up with the beautiful idea of me wearing a piece of jewellery to honour my mum.

It was such a thoughtful and personal touch, and something that made the photos feel even more meaningful to me.I loved how child-led the shoot was. Our kids were able to be themselves and there was no pressure for them to perform or sit perfectly for the camera. Rhys worked with them rather than against them, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and natural.The biggest compliment I can give is that my husband actually enjoyed having his photo taken! He normally hates it, so the fact that he came away saying he enjoyed the experience really says a lot.

The photos themselves are absolutely beautiful. The quality is incredible and they captured our family perfectly.Steph was so lovely during our purchasing session. She took the time to help us narrow down our selection without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We were able to sit with the photos, talk through what we loved and make decisions at our own pace.
