From an epic morning in Bali—sunrise over Mount Batur, Kintamani.

A 4:30am wake-up and a 5:00am pickup for the drive to the viewpoint… absolutely worth it. The brekkie afterwards wasn’t bad either.

Hello all! I’ve been a little quiet on here lately…

So here’s a favourite from a recent trip to Bali to break the silence.

This is Kanto Lampo Waterfall, one of those places where the sound of rushing water and the beauty of the landscape seems to make the rest of the world disappear for a while.

This was a hand-held, half-second long exposure using the OM-1 Live ND Filter. So nice to capture such an image without a tripod or playing around with filters.

It’s good to be back.

A bridge between worlds, lit by a sky that would be anything but ordinary.
Yep, I’m back! It’s been a while for sure and I’ve missed interacting with you all. Between study and travel I’ve been quite busy! Last night’s show got me out (but not far) and the results made me ready to share again! Not sure of the regularity with which I will be posting, but I had to break the ice at some point. However there may be a couple more coming…
