After visiting Iran in October 2015 for the first time, I came back to travel this incredible country once more. My trip has brought me to amazing places in Tehran, Hamedan, Ali Sadr, Sanandaj, Kermanshah, Borujerd, Esfahan, Kashan, Abyaneh and Maranjab.

It is nearly impossible to show you the beauty of this wonderful country with the most friendly and hospitable people I have ever met. I hope these pictures will inspire more people to travel Iran and to witness its beauty with their own eyes.

I am deeply grateful for everyone I have met along the road, some people already a second time - and many of them I now call friends.

The Parallel Vienna is the ultimate playground when it comes to shoot some portraits. Of course, its main purpose is using an abandoned property in the city center as a presentation platform for new and established art with more than 400 national and international artists, 20 galleries, 40 project spaces and 42 artist spaces, as well as 15 independent curators.

I was fortunate to shoot Nikolaus from NDCM who had an exhibition of his brilliant collages last year himself. At least someone knew where to go because the location is just massive: three floors, countless rooms, tons of art.

Check it out, the Parallel Vienna is open until September 25th at the Alte Post 11, 1010 Vienna.
