A NEW ERA BEGINS: SEACAM becomes SEACAM AG! 🇨🇭

For nearly 40 years, SEACAM has stood for exceptional craftsmanship, cutting-edge innovation, and uncompromising precision. Today, we are excited to share where our journey is taking us next!

To ensure our quality, heritage, and customer service for decades to come, we are moving to Switzerland and transitioning into SEACAM AG, effective January 1, 2027.

We are thrilled to welcome long-time partner, photographer and entrepreneur Markus Inglin as the new Owner & Managing Director of SEACAM AG. With Founder Harald Hordosch remaining as an active partner and advisor, our commitment to SEACAM’s heritage and 100% independence remains completely.

His expertise spans decades of work as an internationally published photographer, while he now works mainly as a trip leader and commercial shooter. THE ULTIMATE OPP TEST – NOW ONLINE 🆕

When uw-photographers talk about image quality, it’s often about compromises. But how do high-end lenses perform inside the OPP Optical Precision Port?

👉 We wanted to find out for sure and put the new OPP system through its paces in a custom-built test tank. Across a total of 105 configurations, we analyzed and tested sharpness, distortion and depth of field.

The result? Scientifically sound, reproducible, and incredibly exciting for anyone who wants to experience wide-angle photography without optical compromises.
