Mid day sun isn't the enemy people say it is ,it's just harder to work with. Hard shadows, high contrast, not much room for error.

This is exactly why scouting locations at this hour matters just as much as golden hour, especially when you're preparing to shoot a French Riviera wedding.

Sometimes the fix isn't waiting for better light — it's finding shade, working the angle, or bringing in flash to balance out the harshness instead of fighting it.
