I don’t fix every little thing I see.

I give direction, but I also know when to stop. A hand, an uneven step, a glance somewhere else — sometimes those are exactly the things I want to keep.

The architecture is already doing a lot.
When the proportions are right, you don’t need to add much. Flowers, chairs and people naturally fall into place.

I like venues that give me more than one kind of scene.
A bright room, a darker interior, a garden, a long corridor. Variety gives me more to work with without the wedding feeling visually disconnected.

In the end, I still want to see the people first.
The venue should add something to the photograph, but it should never become more important than the people inside it.
