Timelessness is created when an image carries silence, melancholy, reflection, and a sense of transience—leaving space for the viewer to discover their own story within it. That's what makes photography, to me, independent of trends and capable of touching people even years later.

Zeitlosigkeit entsteht, wenn ein Bild Ruhe, Melancholie, Nachdenklichkeit und Vergänglichkeit in sich trägt – und dem Betrachter Raum lässt, seine eigene Geschichte darin zu entdecken. Genau das macht Fotografie für mich unabhängig von Trends und auch Jahre später noch berührend.

Es gibt Bilder, die nicht einem Trend folgen, sondern einem Gefühl. Genau das ist mein Ziel in der Fotografie: Aufnahmen zu schaffen, die auch in vielen Jahren noch dieselbe Wirkung entfalten.
Dieses Bild entstand beim letzten Workshop mit Sophia La Sage. Das Zusammenspiel aus Natur, Licht und einer reduzierten Bildsprache lenkt den Blick auf das Wesentliche – Emotion, Ausdruck und Atmosphäre. Für mich ist genau das zeitlose Fotografie.
Vielen Dank an alle Teilnehmer, die diesen Workshop zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht haben. Es freut mich jedes Mal aufs Neue zu sehen, wie unterschiedlich und kreativ dieselbe Szene interpretiert wird.

Some photographs are not meant to follow trends—they are meant to outlive them. That has always been my goal: to create images that evoke the same emotions today as they will years from now.
This portrait was created during my latest workshop with the wonderful Sophia La Sage. The combination of nature, soft light, and a minimalist visual language allows the focus to remain where it belongs: on emotion, expression, and atmosphere.
My sincere thanks to everyone who joined the workshop and helped create such inspiring moments. It is always fascinating to see how each photographer interprets the same scene in a completely unique way.

NOIR • EMOTION • AESTHETICS – The Results of Our Workshop
An inspiring weekend filled with creativity, emotion, and powerful photography has come to an end.
Unfortunately, we can't share all of the images here due to social media guidelines, so this is just a small selection. Later today, I'll be adding two more images to my website to give you a better impression of what we created together.
A heartfelt thank you for the incredible interest. The workshop was completely sold out, and that tells me there are still many photographers who want to grow, refine their vision, and develop their own visual language.
For me, a workshop is about much more than creating beautiful photographs. It's about sharing experience, exploring new ideas together, and leaving with images you'll be proud of for years to come.
Thank you to all the participants for your enthusiasm, trust, and passion.
Special thanks to Richard Schnabler, Felix Mühle, and Iris Schweinöster for their fantastic support throughout the workshop.
And my deepest thanks to Payton Primrose for the outstanding organization, props, and dedication behind the scenes. Your work made this event possible.
