Some days stay with you. This was one of them.

Daniela & Michel got married in an olive grove in Andalusia, at Cortijo La Presa, in the Sierra Subbética. I was there from the barbecue the night before through the portrait session the next morning.

I had my Super 8 running the whole time. Not planned around any particular shot, just present. Mixed with digital and drone footage, this is my attempt to put the feeling of that day on screen.

A ring passed hand to hand until it melted free from ice. Paella under the Spanish sky. Two people who were just themselves.
