Authentic Traveling was founded by two young professionals from Germany on the search for discovering the unknown.

While traveling through countries such as Canada, USA, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brasil, Iceland, Tunisia, Indonesia, Thailand and many more we realized that all of them were different and unique in a speci

fic way. Discover what they call infinity - the feeling of immortality and humanity in the same split second - as the cold wind strikes your hair, the salty water drops touch each particle of your face and the shiver going through your fingers and toes - touching the ground with your feet for the millionth time and actually feeling the earth underneath for the first time. When you realize this can be everything and nothing. The simple gratitude for being born on this incredible planet.

We soon realized that people are always on the search. That's simple human nature. If it's in everyday's life with it's obligations or while traveling to far countries and cultures. We always seek for more. But what are we actually looking for? - We think it's different things: Searching for the unknown, for the friends we lost or will win one day, for finding ourselves, for learning to value the simple things, for opening our eyes to the big picture or for simple desire and inspiration. - No matter what drives us, it keeps us going and that's what matters.

We think that especially in today's fast moving world, where people spend more time looking at computers and smartphones than at the mountains, trees and oceans surrounding us - where profit is more important than sustainability - where egoism wins over group cohesion - where work becomes superior over family - where the term "what" is able to dominante over the "why" - we have to take a step back. A step back to look at all what we've been doing in the last years. And learn. Therefore we've made it to our mission to..... respect our nature, because it's the only one we have and there's actually no second chance. If this earth is gone there's not going to be a second chance... value culture and people through sustainable travel and respect which we give to each individual we meet on our paths. Because it's them who make our experiences so unique and them who give the salt and pepper to all the green. .. share insights with you. Simply because we believe that we want to give something, share something with you. Show you how beautiful our earth actually can be and what you can make out of it if you open your eyes and mind to it. At the end of the day, we're just happy if you go out there and appreciate what's lying in front of you.
