El Tula (38) es un lanchero y ambientalista nacido y criado en Victoria, Entre Ríos.
Hace más de 15 años que trabaja llevando gente en lancha a recorrer los humedales de su provincia.
Hoy, debido a la bajante histórica del río Paraná, los lugares donde puede llegar con su embarcación son muy reducidos. Por lo tanto, también se han reducido sus ingresos. El Tula dice que esta pensando en buscar otra fuente de ingresos porque la situacion no parece mejorar.
En la segunda foto se lo ve clavando una rama para ir ‘tanteando’ la profundidad del río. Tuvimos que hacer grandes tramos a ‘paso de hombre’ porque si la hélice del motor golpea el fondo podíamos quedar barados a kilómetros de la costa.
