Around this time of the year, I usually do self-portraits. It’s a personal project that I enjoy and reminds me how lucky I am to grow older in good health and with a heart full of life.
This year I didn’t do the self portraits because I got the most beautiful photos from my summer retreat in Puglia and I knew I had to share some of them. Despite being completely out of my comfort zone, these ladies always capture my soul and personality beautifully.
This is me at 55, still a dreamer, in love with her three boys, travel and adventure, bubbly, a little messy, emotional, specially with injustice, passionate about my job, suffering with brain fog and yet I remember every day to be grateful for the wonderful life I have and for letting me be part of yours, either as a friend, a photographer, or both.
Little or a lot, near or far, past or present, thank you for being part of these incredible 55 years!
