NGC 6820 & Surroundings 🔭

NGC 6820 is a 15th magnitude Bright Nebula appearing in the constellation Vulpecula, close to the Milky Way Core. It features a 2 million years old open cluster and a remarkable pillar at the center of the frame 🤯

M51 - Messier 51 🔭

Photons of what happened about 28 Million Years ago 🤯

Messier 51 (M51, NGC 5194) is the famous "Whirlpool" galaxy in Canes Venatici. It is one of the most conspicuous and best-known spiral galaxies in the sky. M 51 is interacting with its much smaller neighbor, NGC 5195; the two galaxies may be seen with binoculars under very dark skies.

Sh2-126 aka Lizard Nebula

Little Lizard in the Constellation of Lacerta 😍

Sh2-126 is an emission nebula located in the Lacerta constellation. It is located in the southern part of this constellation, about 1° west of the star 10 Lacertae, a blue variable star (magnitude 4.8 and spectral type O9V) which ionizes the nebula. Invisible to the naked eye due to its magnitude, Sh2-126 has the appearance of a small filament and is mostly visible in astrophotography through Hα (H-alpha) filters.
