The play Umro Ayyar is a fantastical journey to rescue Shehzada Amar, from the clutches of Shakalkush, the evil witch working for the fearsome Jadoogar Afra Sayaab. The clever Umro Ayyar and his friend Shehzadi Darakhshaan, and new found ally, Jadoogarni Sar Saar must trek through Koh-e-Kaaf to find their friend and save the day.

Umro Ayyar was a devised play produced by OLOMOPOLO Media, powered by Servis, in collaboration with Alhamra Cultural Complex, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. It was an outcome of the 4 weeks, OLO Summer Camp: Tracing Roots, which had theatre activities in the last two weeks, with Printmaking with Munia Khaala, Pottery and Claywork with Kulsoom Apa, Origami and Science Fuse / spark your neurons as part of other activities in the first two weeks of the Summer Camp.

OLO Summer Camp is an annual camp that takes place at the OLO Junction with a focus on performance and visual arts. This was the fourth year, of the camp and it ended successfully with a live theater play that was enjoyed by not only the children but also the adults who came along.
