As we are nearing the end of , we have one last post to share from our shoot with beautiful Lee-Anne van Niekerk.

𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧,
𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐇𝐎𝐏𝐄.

In support of 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐑 awareness month, I asked Lee-Anne van Niekerk to write something about her journey with breast cancer.

She is such an inspiration, and had the following message to share:

“We decided the first day of my cancer diagnosis whether we are going to be victims or survivors. We decided to muster up all our strength to fight to win.

We decided to stay positive and not let cancer define us. We decided how we are going to handle each day. Yes, there are good days and bad days, but our attitudes determine each day.

Hold on to your hopes, dreams, faith and determination and gather strength from your support systems, because in the fight against cancer we cannot give up.”
