Some key take-aways if you missed the talk on the Authenticity Advantage and Navigating through AI-invested waters:

People can't tell what is real anymore. And when people can’t tell what is real anymore, they don’t become more trusting. They become more cautious. More sceptical. More hesitant to buy, to book, to believe.

AI is useful. It can help with speed, scale, and efficiency. But AI works best when it supports the human story, not replaces it.

So, what does this look like in your own business?

It comes down to three things. Presence, Proof, and Connection.

1. Presence
Ask yourself: If someone scrolls on my website or through social media, can they see me and my team, or only stock photos and AI images?
If your clients can’t see you, they won’t feel you.

2. Proof
Do your photos show your real product, your real office, your real process?
Or are you promising one thing online and delivering something very different in person?

3. Human connection
When someone looks at your images or videos, can they imagine themselves working with you? Can they see a face, an emotion, a moment and not just a pretty polished graphic?

What, then, should we do?

My advice, don’t try to out-AI the machines. They’ve got more processing power, fewer coffee breaks, and absolutely no fear of deadlines.
Instead, out-human them. Show your face, show the process. Tell your story.
Let people see the real business behind the brand.
