Mommy, can I have pizza bread? 🍕

What you need:

Sourdough bread, or bread of choice
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup chopped ham
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
Fresh basil for topping

What you need to do:

Spread the tomato paste evenly on the bread and top with cheese, mixed herbs, pineapple and ham. Bake in the oven / air fryer at 180 degrees for 6 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

🥞 BUCKWHEAT + BANANA PANCAKES 🥞

Ingredients:
1 small banana, mashed
1 free-range egg
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional but highly recommend)
1 tbsp coconut oil (for cooking)

Toppings:
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped mango

Directions:
In a bowl combine the mashed banana with the egg and buckwheat flour. If you are using PP add it in now and mix together well. In a pan, heat the coconut oil and add a tablespoon of the mixture for each pancake. When bubbles start to appear gently flip until golden brown. In a bowl mix the yogurt and peanut butter together. Stack pancakes, top with the whipped peanut butter and mango 🥭

CHOCOLATE BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE 🫐

Ingredients:
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 frozen banana (or 1 small babana)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp nut butter
1 cup of almond milk or milk of choice

Blend for 60 seconds and drink up ✨

Here’s an afternoon pick me up that the whole family with love 💛

PBJ RICE CAKES ~
Makes 4

What you need:
4 unsalted rice cakes
1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
2 tbsp peanut butter
50g forage & feast dark chocolate, melted
H**p seeds (optional)

Spread the PB evenly into the rice cake, top with raspberries and melted chocolate. Sprinkle with h**p seeds and set in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
