If you’ve ever wondered what a session with me feels like...It’s walking barefoot through wet, golden grass. It’s expecting rain & showing up anyway. It’s laughing when the rain starts instead of running for cover.
It’s letting go of perfect and making room for an experience. It’s NOT telling your child to “cheese vir die tannie” and rather leaving them be: to run and play and come back for quick kisses. It’s celebrating the beauty in your chaos and learning to love everything for what it truly is!
