We’ve kicked off this wedding season with 3 weddings in 3 different provinces, and we’re finally getting to sharing some of the love stories we’ve captured this year.

Nathan and Caitlin finally had their wedding celebration at the incredible after 2 years of postponements.

When I spoke to them about their day they said that they had lost a lot of the excitement with postponing, and so they decided that their decor would be a complete surprise to bring some excitement back to the day.

brought this incredible vision to life, and gave them the decor of dreams that left them speechless.

It was such a joy to capture Shaun and Ella’s last moments together in South Africa before Ella relocated to London to further her studies.

I hope that these photos will be the sweetest reminder for the long days when loved ones feel far.

Julien & Ruscha decided to elope at the iconic .

They flew all the way from Switzerland, didn’t tell a soul, and said yes to forever in the most beautiful country in the world, that also happened to be on their travel bucket list.

It’s stories like this that remind us what a joy it is to be able to capture days like these; the best day of people’s lives.

Weddings are generally emotional, but when you get to capture two of your best friends saying “I do”, it takes it to a whole new level.

From watching F1, eating chicken wings, walking our dogs, braaing, and playing squash, to this. We feel honoured that we get to be a part of your lives and capture this moment for eternity.

I always look for the little details that often go unnoticed:

The hand-painted tie reflecting special places and moments, the lifting of a dress, a subtle touch, intertwined fingers, unconventional photo spots, and all those blurry photos that truly show us the emotion and make us feel.

The most beautiful wedding, in the most beautiful city, with these two beautiful people!

It’s almost wedding time for these two, and we cannot wait!

We have an off day today, and then we are full swing back into wedding mode next week.

My heart is so full when we get to capture stories like this one.

We have had the absolute privilege of walking a path with these two.

When Lohan and Shanique showed up to their sunrise couple shoot with 4 coffees in hand, I knew we were going to get along well.

From that freezing cold shoot at Strand Beach, to their Engagement shoot in the streets of Stellies, and now to watching Lohan’s reaction as Shanique walked down the aisle on their Wedding Day.

It was honestly the hardest decision having to choose which photos to post from Tys and Vix’s Mozambique wedding weekend.

From boat rides, volleyball on the beach, canoeing, amazing sunsets, traditional dancers, and a sunset cruise on a dowh, to the most gorgeous wedding day with an incredible view, filled with so much love and sand between our toes.

One to remember, for sure!

Last year I met Enya & Selwyn while they were on a trip in Cape Town. I’ve admired Enya’s work for some time, and felt so honoured when they asked me to photograph their couple shoot.

This one was really special. It was really early, the water was really cold, but I would do it all again just to witness the beautiful emotions that unfolded as E&S read the most heartfelt letters to each other.

This Victoria Falls Wedding was an adventure and I hardly know where to begin. Constance reached out to us all the way from England and we were so excited to hear about their plans to get married in Zambia.

After countless visits to this incredible country, Constance and Jorge couldn’t see themselves getting married anywhere else.

We strolled along the Victoria Falls, walked with Rhino’s and fed Giraffes. But most importantly, we witnessed the union of these two incredible people.

Constance & Jorge, we will never be able to thank you enough for letting us come along on this incredible journey with you. We will always remember your kindness towards us, and the joy of experiencing these things with you.
