Doing a workshop with was a dream for so long, that I didn’t actually believe would ever happen…
BUT, it did, and it was worth the wait 👏
Not only did I get to learn from the worlds most famous Newborn Photography Educator, but I also had the honour of hosting the workshops in my studio which meant I got to do the 2 day workshop twice 👏.
When Ana arrived, all the emotions happened at the same time! I mean, it was so surreal and also so cool!!!
I learned so much from this amazing woman, and also from her partner Alex whose knowledge on equipment and lighting is second to none! The workshops were fun and so very special… and by the time they left South Africa, I had gained a mountain of knowledge, new ideas and 2 new friends 😊
Speaking of friends… Cynthia from joined Ana as her assistant all the way at from the Netherlands, and boy was she the cherry on top of what was an amazing week! Meeting Cynthia was a real treat. She is talented and kind and an all round joy to know 😊
Then there’s Cas from who helped me with all the hosting duties… actually - helped is not a strong enough word… she basically did everything and I am so grateful she was here for what was one of the most important and impactful weeks of my career 🥰.
And of course my little Abby made the whole thing even more fun and special by joining in for the first 2 day workshop!!!
What an amazing experience it was!
