Commissioned work for the brilliant Phumi Couture – Look 1 of a 6-look studio series shot in Fourways, Johannesburg. 🧵

For this look we kept the styling minimal and the palette clean: structured oversized denim, a crisp white shirt and soft studio light to emphasise shape and texture. The goal was to let the design speak while giving it a contemporary editorial feel.

Proud to work with South African designers who are pushing our fashion story forward. Keep an eye out for the rest of the series over the next few days.

We switched gears completely for the second look of our session. From elegant gowns to this edgy, Y2K-inspired streetwear look, this model (a fellow Johannesburg local!) proved she can pull off absolutely anything.

I love how the studio lighting makes the textures pop—especially those fur leg warmers against the classic plaid. It’s always fun when a client brings a strong vision to the set.
